🚀 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your tracking number shows no movement after several days, feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help.


💡 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately at our support email below. If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to update it.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

For damaged products, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
